Numerous causes including the ones listed above can cause hair dryness. As a result, hair becomes brittle and coarse. Hereditary reasons, lack of nutrition and even certain health conditions can be a cause. Even washing hair too often, or ignoring hair care can result in dry hair.

Tips to Deal with Dry Hair

If you wash your hair more than twice or thrice a week, STOP! Excessive washing is one of the main culprits for dry hair.
