Oil Massage

Ayurveda firmly believes in oiling your hair and scalp. With fine hair, it is even more important. You don’t want to lose more hair to hair fall, do you? Also, a paste with fenugreek is prepared and applied for lustrous and shiny hair. Basically, they soak fenugreek seeds for 1 – 3 hours and then grind it into a fine paste. Remaining oil, apply to hair strands and hair tips. Before shower, massage your scalp and apply oil liberally. Massaging will help improve circulation and promotes hair growth. Post shower, you can gently massage the oil to your scalp.

Once hair is dry, they braid and don’t leave hair loose when not needed. Braiding hair reduces the possibility of tangles, frizz and also improves hair growth.
